With a background spanning digital transformation, product innovation, and marketing, Mary brings these worlds together to design experiences that make a genuine difference and build solutions that leave workplaces stronger, healthier and more connected.
Karen Corboy

Karen Corboy is the Executive Director of Corporate Services at Relationship Matters. Karen oversees the organisation’s operational and business infrastructure and brings extensive experience across finance, corporate governance, human resources, information technology, risk management, compliance, and administration. She has played a key role in the establishment and growth of several organisations, implementing robust quality assurance frameworks and leading contract negotiations and performance monitoring for major infrastructure projects within the health and community services sector.
Her strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence ensure that Relationship Matters continues to deliver high-quality, sustainable services that support individuals, families, and workplaces across Victoria.
Elizabeth Metlege

Elizabeth Metlege is a strategic commercial leader with a proven track record in driving growth, client success and organisational transformation across Australia and global markets. In her role as National Manager, Business Development and Bids at AccessEAP, she leads enterprise partnerships, competitive tenders and large-scale initiatives that strengthen workforce wellbeing outcomes.
With cross-industry experience spanning wellbeing, education and training, wellness, property, design and digital solutions, Elizabeth is recognised for combining strategic vision with operational excellence—turning ideas into scalable, measurable impact. As Treasurer of EAPAA, she brings strong commercial governance, financial discipline and a member-first focus to support the association’s role as the peak body for EAPs in Australasia.
Jacinta Pollard

Jacinta is a psychologist and the CEO of Caraniche. Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Jacinta has been an active part of the evolution of Caraniche’s EAP services in Australia. She has extensive experience developing and delivering psychological programs, and is attuned to the changing needs of workplaces across Australia. Jacinta also has extensive expertise in forensic substance abuse treatment and correctional systems. As the Managing Director of Caraniche for the past decade, Jacinta has raised Caraniche’s profile as a pre-eminent psychology and workplace wellbeing company.
She joined the EAPAA Executive Committee in 2019 as the New Zealand representative, spending the last two years as Treasurer, prior to taking on the President’s role.
Edith Borg

Edith Borg is a Psychologist and the General Manager of Behaviour and Workplace Health at Caraniche. With over 20 years of experience, she has developed deep expertise in partnering with organisations to foster mentally healthy and high-performing workplaces.
Her professional strengths span program development, leadership consulting, psychosocial risk management, critical incident response, reflective practice, supervision, training, and pre-employment assessments. Edith has worked across a diverse range of industries, helping organisations navigate complex mental health challenges and implement effective, evidence-based strategies.
Alongside her organisational work, Edith brings extensive clinical experience supporting individuals with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, and a broad spectrum of psychological presentations. Central to her approach is a strong commitment to building trusted client relationships and working collaboratively to enhance wellbeing outcomes at both individual and organisational levels.
As General Manager, she leads contract management, project and program delivery, operational oversight, and drives strategic business initiatives with a focus on quality and impact.
Katrina Meggitt

With nearly two decades of experience in association management, membership engagement, and large-scale event delivery, she has built a career supporting professional communities across Australia and New Zealand. Her association experience spans engineering, accounting, mental health, and shareholder advocacy, with roles including managing Engineers Australia’s Sydney Division events and sponsorship portfolio and the National Conference team, producing conferences for Chartered Accountants ANZ, and part of the Executive team for the World Congress of Accountants.
Across positions with Suicide Prevention Australia, Leading Edge Group Australia, and the Australian Shareholders’ Association, she has delivered impactful events, developed membership offerings, and managed strong sponsor and stakeholder relationships. Known for elevating member value, enhancing professional engagement, and delivering seamless, high-impact event portfolios, she brings strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to strengthening Australia’s association and professional services sectors.
Hayley Walker-Williams

Dr. Hayley Walker-Williams is the Chief Clinical Psychologist and Habit Health EAP Service Lead (PhD, Clinical Psychology). Hayley is a registered clinical psychologist and full member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists. She has more than 25 years’ experience across academia, clinical practice, and the EAP sector.
Hayley holds a doctorate in strengths-based interventions and trauma and is recognised for her leadership in integrating clinical excellence with high-performance service delivery. Hayley utilises her experience to provide EAP service leadership and drive the national success of the service through clinical excellence, best practice, rigorous clinical governance, and a high-performance framework aligned to wellbeing and quality outcomes.
Hayley has published several peer-reviewed journal articles and has extensive experience facilitating training and presenting at international conferences.
Mallory Allsopp

Mallory Allsopp has 20 years’ experience in health operations and service design. She is a qualified Enterprise Architect with deep experience in Human Centred Design and a passion for digital health, data and designing outstanding client experiences. She has worked as part of the APM Group for 7 years in a range of roles including as General Manager of Product, where she worked across APM’s 19 health brands to lead product development, innovation and enhancement projects. This included developing services to support men’s mental health, and to address long-term mental health claims in the workers compensation space using a combination of exercise and CBT. Since January 2025 she has been General Manager of Assure, leading the EAP businesses within the APM Group.
